The proxSafe keyTag kit is the heart of the proxSafe electronic key management system. It is a sealed system utilizing contactless RFID technology. It consists of three parts:

1. The electronic key tag
   • Is designed for secure and robust placing and locking of keys in the proxCylinder. There is a transponder chip securely casted inside the key tag. Once placed into the electro-magnetic field of a reader, it transmits its unique identification without the need of power source of its own.
2. The key ring
   • Secures the key or the other items on the key tag. It is available in various sizes and suitable for a single key as well as for large bundles.
3. The one-time seal
   • Provides a secure connection between ring and tag. It consists of two parts, which can be easily mounted without a tool. Once mounted, the seal has to be broken before key bundle can be dismantled. For enhanced security, the one-time seal is available with an engraved unique identification number.

proxSafe racx safekeeping system

proxSafe racx is a modular system for safely storing keys and valuables in one single assembly. The various modules, as you see in the picture on the right hand side,  are assembled into a robust steel housing making it a composite security system.

proxSafe pillar electronic locker

proxSafe pillar is a safekeeping system for automatic issue and return of valuables, documents and key rings. Every column consists of a number of automatic lockers plus a service locker for installation and emergency release. 

Modular System Design
pillar S systems are composed of one terminal pillar and up to seven locker pillars. Many combinations are possible in order to accommodate user needs initially, and as they may change over time. 

Locker design, size and arrangement of the lockers is intelligently optimized for daily use. The design is smart and elegant, so the system can be installed in an architectural environment. 

Easy-to-use proxSafe pillar is operated with a proxSafe Terminal. After a user has been identified and has selected a locker, the corresponding locker will be unlocked. This is indicated by an LED. Also upon return of the contents the locker is marked with an LED in order to guide the user to the right position.

datalog GuardiX

Based on RFID technology, GuardiX is a highly rugged product which is ideal for secure data collection in all weather conditions. GuardiX is suitably shaped in the form of a electric torch or a flashlight. It has a local memory capacity of 4,000 readings. Data thus stored can be transferred contact-less via Bluetooth to a desktop PC or a mobile phone that is Blutooth enabled.

If you want to know whether your security personnel are completing all their patrols of a securely guarded premises and at the correct time, here is a system that gives you the data.

The GuardiX  guard tour system uses the latest technology that allows you to accurately monitor the times of patrols and when key areas have been visited. The systems work by fixing simple battery-free RFID based checkpoints on the walls at specific areas around the building that needs to be monitored. Security staff use this robust GuardiX handheld data collector to read these points by pointing the GuardiX device at them (they share the location information) while simultaneously recording the time of visit. The location data along with the time stamp will then be transmitted either via SMS or Bluetooth link to the central control room. The GuardiX application will then be analysing the incoming data against the set routine and generates alarms and notifications in caxse of any irregularities.
